EXECUTIVE TEAM
Since 1979, Steve Corning has served as the owner and President of Corning Companies. Over four decades he has developed, managed, and held equity positions in over 1,300,000 square feet of retail, office, light industrial, healthcare, and multi-family properties throughout Montana and Minnesota. He is a partner and managing member in more than 50 real estate ventures. As an engaged Montanan, Steve has served on the executive boards of First Interstate Bank, St. Vincent Healthcare, Billings Family YMCA, Alberta Bair Theater, and the Yellowstone Art Museum. Steve is a graduate of Harvard College.

Lilly joined Corning Companies in early 2018. As Vice-President of Corning Companies, Lilly works on all aspects of leasing, development, and financing new and existing projects. Before Corning Companies, Lilly spent four years at Google in Mountain View and San Francisco, California. Lilly is an honors graduate of Harvard College and received a masters degree from the University of Oxford.
